Dave and Denise Aguilar founded A-Aerial more than 20 years ago. A-Aerial found the right partner in the Buyer. Through this transaction, the Buyer will provide new resources and opportunities to A-Aerial and its employees so they can continue to grow the business as a division of the Buyer’s outside plant supply subsidiary.
