Client need
Home Fashions Distributor LLC and Great Bay Home Fashions LLC (GBH) is a combined wholesale distributor and direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer offering soft home textiles, including towels, sheets, bedding, furniture covers and kitchen textiles. Home Fashions Distributor was established in 2001 as a wholesaler of home textiles for off-price brick-and-mortar retail stores. Prior to opening the wholesale business, Home Fashions had more than 20 retail locations throughout New England but eventually closed the stores and focused on wholesale. In 2016, the next generation of the family joined the team, and the company established GBH, creating a direct-to-consumer e-commerce division. GBH quickly migrated to the Amazon platform offering stylish and quality home fashions. As the family CEO began to look toward the next phase of the company, the family decided to find a new owner that would maintain the company’s mission and continue to enhance its focus on providing customers with great value at both the wholesale and online retail levels.
