Amanda Klein is a principal with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. She oversees activities to define strategic objectives and align with future-state customer experience vision and activates tools to support adoption and engagement throughout. Amanda drives execution of the transformation strategy by leveraging her experience in program management, change management, process improvement and business analysis.
- Provides program leadership for Fortune 500 strategic business transformation initiatives across program and project management, change management and business analysis
- Leads clients through strategy, process, and technology assessments, including current-state understanding, requirements gathering, future-state idea generation and roadmap development
- Leads organization strategy and capabilities assessments, including understanding of capabilities required to achieve future growth objectives, evaluation of alternative designs and definition of operating models and implementation roadmap
- Supports clients with adoption of change management and business analysis tools to support transformation programs across project delivery teams
- Provides project-specific coaching via application of tools and templates
- Works with clients to define and execute on strategic customer goals through strategic planning, customer experience journey mapping, go-to-market strategy, value proposition and voice of customer
