Brad is a principal with Baker Tilly’s real estate advisory practice serving as West region market leader. He has nearly 20 years of real estate valuation and related experience, in sourcing, preparing and managing engagements for use by clients in tax and financial reporting. Over his career, Brad has advised and/or prepared valuations for a multitude of clients, from global engagements with properties throughout South America, Europe, Australia and Asia, to single investment properties across the U.S. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Brad held a regional leadership role at a Big Four accounting firm with focus on valuations pursuant to U.S. GAAP and AICPA accounting standards. Brad specializes in valuation of investment properties, ASC 842 right-of-use assets, timberlands, technology and specialized institutions.

- Created, developed and brought to market a technological solution purposed for estimating employer provided parking expenses for federal tax purposes
- Conducted market feasibility and highest and best use studies for prospective development projects
- Served as local market champion on Opportunity Zones, including presenting and preparing market-facing content for services
