Chad has served the telecommunications industry since 1995. His clients are small to midsize rural telecommunications and broadband providers, and his experience includes separations studies, forward-looking economic cost studies, rate cases, depreciation studies, state and federal regulatory policy, broadband pricing strategy, and state and federal broadband funding programs. He’s provided testimony in a variety of proceedings before regulatory agencies throughout the country.
Chad hosts monthly regulatory updates and compliance webcasts as well as special and rapid response webcasts on a variety of significant regulatory issues impacting the telecommunications and broadband industry. He’s also a frequent conference presenter on telecommunications regulatory topics for state and national industry associations and other telecommunications events.
