Chris is a CFA® charterholder with a comprehensive background in corporate finance, having spent the past decade providing financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, capital structure, specialty tax, and strategic business consulting services to companies across a wide variety of industries.
As a principal in Baker Tilly’s CFO advisory practice, Chris has extensive experience managing engagements and serving clients ranging from owner-operated businesses to multi-national public corporations. He is highly proficient in complex financial modeling, using his expertise to deliver actionable insights and forward-looking information critical for informed decision making and strategic planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris spent more than five years working in investment-related roles at a multinational financial services corporation, most recently serving as a senior investment specialist, where he was responsible for portfolio implementation, investment modeling, transaction services, and complicated portfolio and financial analysis.
