
Courtney Csik is a director with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. With more than nine years of experience, Courtney has worked with organizations, big and small, across industries in the commercial and public sectors to define their Cloud strategies, undergo digital transformations and leverage modern technology. As a leader within the Oracle Solutions team, Courtney strives to guide her clients to make the right decisions and act as a valued advisor by educating them on their options and best-fit solutions. She believes that there are a few key factors to success for every project: stakeholder alignment, business-driven decisions, rigorous project management and preparing the workforce for change. Courtney has managed complex projects for process redesign, optimizations and system implementations, and sees her role as a change enabler and someone who can equip her clients to make informed decisions for their business.
