As an accounting and audit principal, Don is involved in many aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and business advisory services. He advises his clients in numerous aspects of business and financial management including operational and internal control matters, mergers and acquisitions, bank financing and loan structuring, implementation of executive compensation programs, profit sharing and 401K plans.
Don is co-chairperson of the firm’s manufacturing and distribution group and is an active member of the technology practice group.
- Assists his clients and high-net-worth individuals in the implementation of estate and retirement planning and succession planning.
- Represents clients on federal, state and local income, franchise, sales and payroll tax examinations
- Specializes in the manufacturing and distribution industry, with a focus in bottling and beverage and corrugated cardboard companies
- Serves clients in a variety of closely held businesses, including legitimate Broadway theaters and software development
- Experience advising clients in the music and recording industry.
