He has served as an outsourced chief financial officer (CFO) for healthcare and not-for-profit organizations, providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight. He has advised construction-related firms on the design and implementation of efficient accounting processes. With extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP), Eric has successfully implemented dozens of ERP systems and customized them to meet the unique reporting and operational needs of diverse clients.
