- Works with real estate clients throughout the life cycle of a project, including advising on structuring entities and acquisitions, maximizing profitability during operations and minimizing or deferring tax on disposition

- Expertise in tax compliance for syndicated partnerships, closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Provides creative transaction structuring including techniques for tax deferral and minimization, recapitalizations, and identification of optimal tax accounting methods and periods as they relate to revenue and expense recognition
- Experience with federal equity receiverships includes advising on receivership entities, accounting for recoveries and distributions, and qualified settlement fund federal and state compliance
