Jeffrey Haynes is a director of business development with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. He specializes in translating an organization’s strategy for their people into actionable plans for their human resource (HR) technology. He assists clients in modernizing their back office practices to transform their organizations through more efficient and effective processes. With deep experience in higher education, Jeffrey has brought several successful Oracle Cloud projects to fruition in higher education and serves as the ongoing relationship manager for these and other clients. Additionally, Jeffrey is a thought leader on Oracle Cloud in higher education attending and speaking at conferences such as EduCause, NACUBO, CUPA, Oracle Open World, Oracle Modern Business experience, etc.
With approximately eight years of specific Oracle Cloud experience, Jeffrey was vice president – cloud transformation at Oracle, assisting clients with connecting business strategies with technology and serving as a thought leader and advisor to senior practitioners and executives. Prior to Oracle, Jeffrey worked for Mercer HR Consulting in their higher education vertical and was an executive in corporate HR environments as well.
