He has extensive experience assisting companies either in expanding abroad or in restructuring existing international operations. He has deep transfer pricing expertise, with heavy exposure to a variety of financial issues affecting international operations including international tax, employment requirements, HR, global mobility, treasury and banking, finance, and business regulations.
Justin’s transfer pricing knowledge covers a wide range of technical areas including intangible property licensing and migration, cost-sharing arrangements, global tax minimization, intangible asset valuation, M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, controversy management and resolution, Advance Pricing Agreements, supply chain restructuring, and global planning and documentation studies.
Justin has spent an extensive part of his career assisting technology firms in Silicon Valley to effectively manage intangible property on a global basis. Additionally, Justin has worked with firms across a wide range of industries, including B2B, B2C, software, high technology components and equipment, electronic contract manufacturing, clean technology, telecommunications, automotive, entertainment, industrial equipment, consumer electronics, retail, apparel, REITs and agriculture.
