Kevin Kao is a principal with Baker Tilly’s specialty tax practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and providing international tax services to a variety of clients. Kevin has worked on structuring international operations with inbound and outbound multinational enterprises. He has helped guide clients through changes under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, such as section 951A (GILTI), section 250 (FDII), section 163(j) (interest expense limitation), and section 245A (foreign dividends received deduction).
