Kevin Welch is a principal with Baker Tilly. He has been with the firm since 2011 and specializes in auditing multinational manufacturing and distribution companies across the supply chain in various industry sectors, in addition to portfolio and closely held companies. Kevin is also a member of the firm’s technical standards and assurance leadership group.
- Plans and oversees client service delivery of assurance solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients
- Supervises agreed-upon procedure engagements and advisory projects to enhance enterprise value
- Collaborates with management to strengthen financial reporting, accounting systems, internal controls, management policies and operations
- Experience with internal audit (SOX and IT SOX compliance) assistance
- Consults with clients on technical accounting and assurance issues
- Advises clients on M&A and purchase accounting needs
- Collaborates closely with other industry and service specialists across Baker Tilly International to develop a customized approach for each client’s needs
