
Lauren Wyrobeck is a tax principal with Baker Tilly. She has experience in a variety of industries, including the restaurant, consumer lending, travel reservation, technology and telecommunications industries. Lauren has experience in both federal and international taxation for large, multinational clients. She has developed a broad understanding of federal and international taxation issues and their impact on the income tax provision and compliance reporting for her clients.
During her career, Lauren has worked on a variety of compliance and consulting engagements with a focus on both U.S. federal and international taxation.
She has experience with the analysis and calculation of Subpart F income inclusions, foreign tax credits, earnings and profits, IRC §78 tax pools, CFC interest netting and repatriation scenarios. In addition, she has considerable experience with the preparation and review of international tax informational reporting on Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 1118.

- Prepares and reviews the domestic and international income tax provision calculations for large companies, including analysis and calculation of the deferred income tax assets and liabilities for foreign subsidiaries of U.S. multinational companies
