Lhea Mulligan is principal of Baker Tilly’s Michigan assurance practice. She specializes in serving commercial businesses, but also assists in a range of industries including manufacturing, not-for-profit, and real estate audits. Lhea is also a member of the firm’s technical standards committee and a power user for multiple software programs that the firm utilizes.
- Performs agreed upon procedure, compilations, consulting and review engagements, as well as audits
- Identifies accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues based on professional guidelines including U.S. GAAP
- Assists management on financial reporting, accounting systems, management policies and operational opportunities
- Provides oversight and prepares financial statement audits, reviews, compilations and agreed upon procedure reports
- Supervises and leads staff through counsel, guidance and coaching
- Active in firm’s campus recruitment initiatives
