Luc Arsenault

Luc has more than 25 years of experience in M&A transactions, ranging in size from several million to $20 billion dollars across numerous industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Luc worked at a Big Four firm in the transaction advisory service group based in San Francisco and served as the West Coast technology and life science subject matter expert. Luc led numerous due diligence teams for both corporate and private equity clients including multinational transactions. Luc is a member of the firm’s post-acquisition dispute resolution Transactions Services and often serves as the independent accountant in post-deal disputes.
