Matt has practiced public accounting since 2000. He specializes in tax services, with a strong background in the technology, communications and media, and professional services sectors. As a member of the firm’s national tax practice, Matt focuses primarily on corporate tax, international tax, and merger and acquisition tax services for both public and privately held companies with domestic and international operations.
He brings in-depth experience in tax-efficient financing, cash management and repatriation of foreign earnings, debt and financial product taxation; and managing tax risks and opportunities through business integration, structuring, and strategic tax planning.
