Norleen is a tax principal in Baker Tilly’s private wealth practice.
Norleen has over 30 years of experience advising tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, closely held corporations, partnerships, trusts and tax-exempt entities. Her individual clients include private equity and hedge fund partners, closely held business owners, corporate executives and multigenerational families. Norleen focuses on working with her clients’ advisors to implement multidisciplinary solutions. Her experience also includes review and analysis of estate plans, income and transfer tax planning, option planning and evaluation and implementation of wealth diversification and tax deferral techniques.
- Provides high quality tax consulting and compliance services to a range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, closely held corporations, partnerships, trusts and tax-exempt entities
- Advises clients on stock and option planning as well as planning with QSBS stock
- Provides tax advice and multiyear planning
- Collaborates with clients’ advisors to bring multidisciplinary solutions to clients
- Reviews and analyzes estate plans, income and transfer tax planning, and evaluation and implementation of wealth diversification and tax deferral techniques
- Prepares and reviews estate and gift tax returns as well as fiduciary income tax returns (Forms 1041, 3520 and 3520A) for trust and estate clients
