Paul Daddio is a director in the transaction and financial advisory services group in Baker Tilly’s Washington, D.C. office. Paul specializes in business and intangible asset valuation and financial consulting services. He has more than 15 years of professional experience as a valuation and FP&A consultant, during which time he has developed extensive expertise working on complex analyses.
Paul performs valuation and projection modeling services for the following purposes:
- Strategic business planning and transaction support: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial planning and analysis, stock and debt issuance, etc.
- Financial reporting: private equity/venture capital financial reporting valuations (ASC 946), purchase price allocations (ASC 805), goodwill impairment analyses (ASC 350), employee stock-based compensation reporting (ASC 718), etc.
