Phil Kim is an audit principal with focused experience in technical accounting and auditing and audit quality control. As an audit principal in the assurance practice and as a member of the professional practice group (PPG), Phil has considerable hands-on experience and expertise in PCAOB auditing standards, SEC reporting, ICFR and audit quality control for publicly traded clients. He has developed strong expertise in technical accounting and auditing through his work with large public clients in diverse industries. Prior to joining Baker Tilly, Phil was with the PCAOB and large global accounting firms.
