
Rachel Connor is an assurance principal with Baker Tilly. She has vast experience in the asset and wealth management industry, including mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and private equity funds. Since joining the firm, Rachel has specialized in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions transactions for both buy-side and sell-side transactions helping clients maximize adjusted Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) and identify potential deal-breakers. Her industry experience for both audit and advisory includes real estate, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, retail, service, franchisors/franchisees, and transportation and logistics industries.
