
Scott Winter is a director with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. He has more than 25 years of experience in designing, developing and managing the implementation of services and technical solutions in human resources and finance. Scott’s client experiences include program and project management, talent management, change management, current and future state HR process design and process improvement with clients in various industries.
- Program and project manager for a higher education project implementing 12 modules of Oracle HCM. The year-long project involved more than 25 Baker Tilly resources and had a very successful go-live in 2024
- Scott was the program and project manager for a healthcare project implementing almost every module of Oracle HCM, ERP and EPM. The multi-phase project was one of the largest implementations Baker Tilly has implemented with a successful go-live of HCM, ERP and EPM in late 2022 and Payroll go-live in January 2023
- Acted as program/project manager for a very large financial services firm in the U.S. The project involved both a HCM Cloud Recruiting and a HCM Cloud Performance implementation running in parallel and the project timeline was over 14 months. This was a global implementation that involved translating the HCM Cloud content into seven languages. Scott’s ability to lead the program and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction led to a very successful launch
- Acted as the program/project manager for a U.S. government client. Scott managed the resources across both the recruiting and onboarding project teams and managed the ongoing relationship with the client. This project was one of the first successful launches for a U.S. government client in HCM Cloud history
- Led a project team to implement HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding for a global pharmaceutical company. The client successfully launched recruiting and onboarding for India and North America and followed up with a successful phase 2 launch in EMEA. Right after go-live, the client project sponsor gave the following feedback for Scott: We truly appreciated Scott’s “big picture” approach and noted that he was a strategic advisor to the team and was critical to the overall success of the project
- Functional consultant for a HCM Cloud Recruiting implementation for a large Financial Services client. Scott was involved with all phases of design, configuration, testing and deployment. Scott led more than 70 hours of design sessions with the client and was able to guide them on best practices throughout the implementation. Scott developed an excellent relationship with the client which has led to his involvement in seven additional projects with the client
