
Stephanie is a director with Baker Tilly’s development and community advisory practice. She has more than 25 years of capital project delivery experience across more than $22 billion in projects on both national and international scales. She leads engagements focused on optimizing successful program outcomes. She leverages diverse ‘boots on the ground’ construction experience, at-risk design management and owner’s representation, alongside significant expertise in program and project controls.
- Leads strategic consulting with a focus on successful outcomes across the life cycle of capital projects and programs, including strategic advisory, business process improvement, training and development and implementation of tools and systems across multi-project programs
- Led program control teams on multiple, complex, multibillion dollar programs within buildings, public infrastructure and environmental remediations
- Built and led a “major projects” team from the ground up at a top 10 global design firm, provided leadership on the business aspects of complex and high-risk design projects
- Held various roles in at-risk construction at the nation’s top ranked firm, including project management, estimating, purchasing, project controls and risk mitigation on high-profile building projects
