Steve has been in public accounting since 1993, working with highly innovative and entrepreneurial companies of all sizes. Steve has served clients primarily in the technology and clean technology sectors including software as a service, digital media, technology-enabled service, and semiconductor companies. He also spent a number of years in Los Angeles where he worked with some of the world’s largest and most innovative media and entertainment companies.
Steve focuses on providing services around ASC 740 Accounting for Income Taxes and related pronouncements, the development of tax-effective international structures and joint ventures, and partnership planning and related income tax compliance. Before entering public accounting, he spent several years in finance and engineering positions with entrepreneurial software companies.
