Todd Wilkerson is a director with Baker Tilly’s digital solutions practice. As a director, Todd leads transformation program design and execution, and organizational business readiness, helping organizations revitalize go-to-market, operations and organizational models to best leverage technology in order to increase customer intimacy, operational effectiveness/efficiency and scalability.
Todd has more than 25 years of experience in the development of growth strategies and supporting solutions and has authored capability based assessment and planning frameworks to guide organizations in strategic planning and program execution. He leverages experience across a broad spectrum of industries including high tech, life sciences, professional services, consumer packaged goods, financial services and telecommunications/media.
- Collaborates with key client personnel in the assessment of business/operating strategy, including supporting operational processes and technology, including current-state understanding, requirements gathering, future-state idea generation
- Facilitates client leadership, leveraging comprehensive capability frameworks, in the assessment of business capabilities required to achieve strategic growth objectives
- Develops strategic programs focused on the progressive activation of key capabilities/technology in a manner that delivers value early while also building and maintaining momentum to see programs to completion
- Works with clients to define and execute on strategic customer goals through strategic planning, customer experience journey mapping, go-to-market strategy, value proposition and voice of customer
- Supports clients with the adoption of change management and business analysis tools to support transformation programs across project delivery teams
