Zachary is a principal with Baker Tilly’s Wisconsin commercial practice. He has extensive experience providing accounting, assurance and income tax services to closely held businesses, with an industry focus on e-commerce, retail, agribusiness, healthcare and other commercial services companies. Zachary also has extensive experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, internal control evaluation/development and tax service strategies.
- Directs audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements of closely held businesses
- Directs preparation and review of individual and corporate tax returns including planning with regard to multistate, closely held businesses and shareholder issues
- Prepares cash flow analyses, forecasts and projections for: proposed acquisitions, new business startups and financing requests
- Analysis of financial trends, performance and cash flows for businesses
- Assists clients in developing best practices to streamline year end procedures
- Actively engages and challenges clients to review the cost benefit relationships in their processes
- Coordinates and manages teams to test the operational effectiveness of internal controls
- Managed the design and implementation of internal controls at a Fortune 400 company to comply with Sarbanes Oxley Section 404
