During this interactive discussion, it will provide an overview of current economic data, credit rates and the debt financing market to help participants understand the opportunities and risks institutions have to fund projects. The session will outline available financing options, key considerations during planning and critical steps to obtain financing to address the growing facility upgrades that colleges and universities need.  

Additionally, the session will also emphasize the importance of tracking and accounting for the funds and ongoing project costs accurately once the resources are secured. Participants will learn how financing and project costs could impact their institution’s financial statements, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage these aspects effectively. To reinforce key learning objectives and share best practices, we will also present a case study on recent college financing.
