Brian Fishback is Director of Credit for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for reviewing financial models, legal documents and supporting due diligence prior to closing all tax credit investments; as well as assisting acquisitions teams with deal structuring issues. Brian has 11 years of LIHTC experience and, prior to joining Red Stone in 2015, spent six years at Dauby O’Connor & Zaleski, LLC (“DOZ”) where he was responsible for the oversight of numerous audit and tax engagements for LIHTC developers, syndicators and investors.
