Comparative rate studies for Indiana utilities

At Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, we’re frequently asked how one community’s utility rates compare to the rates in the other communities. Accurately comparing local rates and charges with those of similar utilities is an important tool to assist utility managers and decision makers.
2023 comparative rate study:
We are pleased to release this 2023 comparative rate study for regional sewer districts (RSDs) in Indiana. This report summarizes rates and charges for sewer service provided by 76 of the state’s RSDs.
