Meet this episode’s guest speakers:
Steve Sizemore, Director of GSA’S Direct Client Support Division
Steve provides onsite, embedded support for GSA clients across various Federal agencies and DOD. Steve leads a team of contracting and business professionals who assist clients in executing GSA solutions in highly complex acquisition environments. Since the introduction of Order Level Materials, Steve has served as a subject matter expert on the topic and has assisted agencies and contractors with the understanding and implementation of OLM procedures. Prior to assuming his current position, Steve served as a Senior Analyst with GSA’s Office of Policy and Compliance, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). In this role, he led project teams and worked on policy, business process, and strategic issues for the GSA Schedules program. Steve has over 30 years of Federal service, including 15 years with the U.S. Army, and has been with GSA since 2001. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management and is Level III certified in Federal Acquisition Program Management, Contracting, and Contracting Officer’s Representative.
Leo Alvarez, CFCM, Senior Manager
Leo has over 12 years of experience working with federal contractors and their legal counsel to identify, quantify and manage government contract risk. In addition to consulting regularly on operational and compliance matters related to GSA/VA Federal Supply Schedule contracts, including audit and litigation support, Leo frequently supports clients on capture efforts related to Best-in-Class (BIC) contract solutions.

Andrew Graziano, Senior Consultant
Andrew has been with Baker Tilly for over 2 years and has spent that time working with government contractors on a wide variety of compliance matters. In particular, Andrew has experience with incurred cost proposals, indirect rate modeling, price proposal preparation, cost impact analysis, and commercial sales practice disclosures. In his spare time, he produces and edits this Fed Talks podcast.
