Mike Cullen, Director
Mike is a director in Baker Tilly’s risk advisory practice, helping clients tackle cybersecurity, data and information technology risks, performing IT assessments, internal audits and risk reviews. He works with clients in multiple industries, with a dedicated focus and extensive experience with higher education, research institutions, not-for-profit organizations and government contractors.

Andrew has been with Baker Tilly for over three years and has spent that time working with government contractors on a wide variety of compliance matters. In particular, Andrew has experience with incurred cost proposals, indirect rate modeling, price proposal preparation, cost impact analysis and commercial sales practice disclosures.
