Meet this episode’s guest speakers:

Tom Ruckdaschel, CPPM, Independent Contractor

Tom Ruckdaschel is an independent consultant and one of the preeminent experts on government property, specializing in federal government contract property requirements and related business systems.  Prior to his time as a consultant, Tom spent many years working for the DoD.  He is a former Deputy Director at the Defense Contract Management Agency, as well as former senior procurement officer with the Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy. 

Alex Mikhelson, CPA, Manager

Alex supports our clients with their numerous challenges from DFARS business systems reviews to audit support to one-off unique issues, he customizes solutions for each of our clients based on their needs. Alex brings over 10 years of experience to the practice including financial improvement and audit readiness, government property management, business process reengineering, managers’ internal control program (OMB A-123), DoD acquisition and logistics, and forensic auditing.
