They are taking an unutilized asset – an old football stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana – and reimagining it into an innovation hub, including building an esports facility. Founder and CEO of Tempo Novus, Roy Alston, joins our podcast along with fan favorite, Dan Cardell, to provide insight on how esports facilities drive ROI and how colleges and universities can increase revenue with an esports program.
Esports, collegiate and professional, is a booming industry, and an esports facility within a larger development project offers community benefit and growth opportunities for neighboring institutions. Colleges and universities can connect with top ranked esports teams/players and local and regional facilities to grow and promote their programs.
