On June 4–5, 2025, Baker Tilly hosted our annual two-day virtual not-for-profit (NFP) governance and fiscal workshop, led by industry specialists and panelists. This webinar brought together hundreds of NFP organizations to gain valuable insights and practical takeaways on topics impacting the sector, especially amid the significant changes unfolding in 2025.

On day 1, we explored key governance topics designed to help organizations strengthen and sustain their operations.
