Partners Lead Management Buy-Out of Baker Tilly Search & Staffing Subsidiary

CHICAGO (Dec. 7, 2021) – Leading advisory CPA firm Baker Tilly US, LLP (Baker Tilly) announces the management buy-out of Baker Tilly Search & Staffing, a subsidiary of Baker Tilly US, LLP, effective Nov. 30. Led by partners Laura Huggett, Kim Herlitzka and Carver Smith, along with their directors, the new recruiting, staffing and executive search business will be called Truity Partners.
“Separating the business keeps independence at the forefront with our clients,” said Baker Tilly Managing Partner Thomas Walker, J.D. “While independent entities, Baker Tilly and Truity Partners will maintain our longstanding relationship and continue to be excellent referral sources for each other.”
