  • Baker Tilly End User License Agreement (EULA) - shall apply to the extent you are purchasing any Baker Tilly Products and shall govern your use of any Baker Tilly products
  • Baker Tilly Personal Data Processing Agreement - shall apply to the extent Baker Tilly is processing any of your personal information
  • Baker Tilly Standard Contractual Clauses - shall apply to the extent you are transferring any EU/UK personal data to Baker Tilly in the United States for processing
  • Baker Tilly Master Services Agreement - shall apply to the extent Baker Tilly is being engaged in professional services related to offerings such as consulting services, business process outsourcing, Baker Tilly proprietary products, custom software development, or various other services delivered as a result of its Value-Added Reseller partnership with Sage Corporation
