kolNOW® is an on-demand, self-service portal that streamlines the process of evaluating the expertise of key opinion leaders (KOLs) used in consulting engagements.
In order to comply with anti-kickback and anti-bribery regulations, life sciences companies must determine accurate FMV rates when engaging with KOLs for consulting activities. Our algorithms apply tiering to a database of more than four million HCPs, helping reduce bias and human error. If gaps or questions arise, our team can provide manual oversight by evaluating individual physicians, validating their placement and adjusting tiers as necessary.
