Anne Lewis leads Baker Tilly’s public sector advisory practice’s executive recruitment team and brings nearly 20 years of local management experience.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly in 2020, Anne served as an assistant county administrator for Loudoun County, Virginia, a deputy city manager for Harrisonburg, Virginia and an assistant city manager for Winchester, Virginia. With more than 17 years of experience in local government, including positions as an emergency management deputy director, public information officer, human resources manager, parking authority executive director, housing director, transit director and convention and visitor’s bureau executive director. She also been responsible for parks, recreation and community services, information technology, animal services, general services and legislative programs.
