Eric is the director of client services with Baker Tilly Vantagen. He has worked in employee benefits and healthcare operations for more than 30 years. As a member of Baker Tilly Vantagen’s senior leadership team, he maintains oversight responsibility for the benefits administration services provided to national employer clientele. Eric also helps set the organization’s strategic focus and direction. As a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist, Eric helps employers large and small understand the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) provisions and how they impact business. He has provided consultative expertise to organizations looking to comply with the Act’s various mandates. He also spearheaded the development of Baker Tilly Vantagen’s ACA reporting services and has helped businesses and educational institutions understand and manage compliance with these reporting requirements.
Eric has represented Baker Tilly in many speaking engagements related to ACA compliance including: the Pennsylvania Chamber of Commerce, the Small Business Administration Council for Pennsylvania and numerous others.
Prior to joining Baker Tilly Vantagen, Eric served as a consultant and project manager for an American multinational for-profit managed healthcare and insurance company based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. Here, Eric supported various strategic national service and eligibility improvement initiatives.
