A global post-trade financial services organization based in New York City, with offices in 16 countries. They are a leader in trading activity and provide clearing and settlement services to the financial markets.
The business challenge
The client was consolidating applications and moving to full-suite Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud for all of their HR and Finance systems. They had already implemented many Oracle Cloud modules, including Oracle Learning Cloud with Baker Tilly. They were live on Taleo Recruiting, but looking to understand if Oracle Recruiting was right for them. If it was, they wanted to understand how to develop an implementation roadmap that would maximize their hiring requirements.
