The Service Contract Act and its Application to Multiple Award Schedule Contracting

In a recent Coalition for Government Procurement (CGP) webinar, Baker Tilly discussed the Service Contract Act and its application to Multiple Award Schedule Contracting. 

This webinar provided an insightful overview of the Service Contract Act and the nuances of the regulations that make it cumbersome for contractors to comply with. Government contractor advisors at Baker Tilly and Dentons explored the complexities that are also presented with the inclusion of these regulations in Multiple Award Schedule contracts.
