Mark Ross is a principal with Baker Tilly’s healthcare practice. He leads a team of professionals who provide audit, tax and consulting services to our firm’s healthcare clients. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Mark has concentrated his efforts on building Baker Tilly’s healthcare practice since joining the firm in 1991.
- Partner-in-charge of the financial statement audits for continuing care retirement communities, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, acute care and rehabilitation hospitals and affordable housing projects for seniors
- Partner-in-charge of the cost report preparation process for Baker Tilly’s healthcare clients
- Partner-in-charge of various healthcare-related consulting projects, including financial feasibility studies, operational reviews and home-and-community-based services projects
- Presents financial and other relevant industry information to client boards of directors and audit committees
- Provides accounting, internal control, operational and strategic advice to the firm's healthcare clients
- Speaks at national and regional industry conferences on issues related to the healthcare and senior living industries
