
Mark Ross is a principal and the leader of Baker Tilly’s national senior services practice. He leads a team of professionals who provide audit, tax and consulting services to the firm’s senior services clients. With more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, Mark has focused on developing Baker Tilly’s senior services practice since joining the firm in 1991.
- Principal-in-charge of financial statement audits for affordable housing projects, retirement communities, continuing care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Principal-in-charge of cost report preparation engagements for skilled nursing facilities
- Principal-in-charge of various consulting projects, including financial planning engagements, financial feasibility studies and operational assessments
- Presents financial and other relevant industry information to client boards of directors and audit committees
- Provides accounting, internal control, operational and strategic advice to the firm’s senior services clients
- Licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and New York
- Speaks at national and regional industry conferences on issues related to healthcare and senior living industries
